I would refer Tanya to anyone buying a house in Florida

I lived in Boston at the time and was getting a job transfer to Florida. I filled out a questioner online and Tanya was the first to respond and I am so grateful she did. Tanya’s expertise is unbelievable. Not knowing anything about Florida she made my choice to move here easy. From day one Tanya stayed in contact with me and gave me helpful hints and help along the way. I could contact her anytime of day and she was right there to answer my questions. Being a first time home buyer and the fact that I was buying sight unseen and out of state did not phase her. As tricky as I made my house hunting and buying for her , Tanya stayed right by my side. I always heard how stressful it is to buy a house, but honestly I NEVER experienced that. From start to finish Tanya was by my side. I would refer Tanya to anyone buying a house in Florida. She is truly a one of a kind agent. I know that down the road if I move or purchase a second home I will be calling Tanya!!!!
